A postdoc position in micro-nano system laboratory in West Virginia University

Prof. Peng Li’s micro-nano system laboratory at the C. Eugene Bennett Department of Chemistry at West Virginia University is looking for postdoctoral scholars on interdisciplinary studies. Successful candidates will expect to receive training on multiple disciplinary including analytical chemistry, cell biology, microfluidics, and engineering design and testing, and be prepared towards a diverse career paths including academia, diagnostic industry, biomedical instrument industry, micro/nano fabrication industry. The candidates will be responsible of conducting research on developing new micro-nano technologies through implementing innovative acoustic, electronic and material science principles for biomedical research and clinical applications. The postdoc applicants should have a PhD degree in a science or engineering major with extensive research experience in one of the following areas: microfluidics, biosensing, bio-nano interfaces, functional material development, and nanostructure fabrication.
